Give us the ability to buy custom avatars and titles for other users

I'm blatantly stealing this idea from Something Awful because it's an awesome idea. Make it so someone like myself can buy an avatar/user title for another user for $20 or however much you see fit. Maybe make it so that they have to have that avatar/title for a week or two and then revert back to their old one.

I don't know how difficult it would be to do this, but it would definitely be fun to use on DJF and would give you guys a lot of beer money.

B) No. If you want to buy someone an av/title, you can buy them VIP.
