What are the "must play" songs? Country, rock, pop, dance...

you should talk to your customers aboot what music they want. Google is also awesome; befriend a competitor that you can compare notes with; couples' parents may also be useful

DJI is a great source and use their full system; however, I believe entries are by American djs only - not Canadian... unless u wanna count celine dion, bryan adams, or whoever.

Canadians seem to request a lot of regional stuff as I have seen on here... "Home For a Rest" by Spirit of the West is one I remember people saying was madly popular in eastern Canada... or was it west?

Thank you guys for all your input. DJI is very helpful. I'll start there.

I typically play older stuff early in the night and gradually update the music while jumping back and forth occasionally along the way. Take them on a musical timeline journey as far as certain artists that are Canadian friendly... No idea ;)
