Need some graphic design

Im trying to create a 8.5x8.5 magazine ad for a venue that puts a book out for all of their brides. I am a preferred vendor and they asked me to give them one for the book. I have no idea how to create one. I am using vistaprint to make one on a template but I have no way of saving it never mind that its too big anyway. Anyone do this that can help me? Maybe Id give an example and someone can create it for me and I will pay you through paypal. LMK what someone would charge please.

This is what Ive done so far. I think I need to figure out how to make is clearer. After all the resizing and saving in different formats I messed it up...
