DMX for Par question

If I want my 2 Par cans to do the exact same thing as I use my DMX controller, what should I do, use the same address on both lights? I basically want them to be the same color at the same time.

If you want them to do the same thing ALL the time, you can put them on the same DMX channel. This takes away any possibility of controlling them separately.

If you want to control them together SOME of the time, address them separately (eg one on ch 1, one on ch 17.. or whatever your controller needs).. then to control them together, select both fixture buttons at the same time on the controller.. and as you move the sliders the lights will change together.
