Custom gobo help

I'm fairly new to the custom gobo scene, and I'm so confused with sizes and all these things.

The thing I want to do is try to get a monogram for a family members event, and my questions are..

Can Chauvet Intimidator spot 350 led do the work?

How exactly do I order it on certain websites?
-All I know is the size of the gobo (24 mm outside, 20 mm image, 1.1 mm max thickness) for my fixture.

Is there specific lights that give a better projection than the fixture I have? or should I use a different fixture?

I'm so lost at the moment, and someone shine the light or guide me to a start to understand this.

Here's a very helpful gobo template from Apollo Design.

Your Intimidator will work but you will be limited in design options due to the small image area.
