It looks as though Beyerdynamic have been looking at what V-Moda have been doing and are now releasing something along similar lines. Afterall, Beyers DT770s have been around for ages, and the relatively new V-Moda Crossfades do take their basic design cues from them.
The Custom One Pros from Beyer feature changeable side plates, removeable cord and variable bass reflex system. They look pretty darned rugged too ...
