soundcloud, movietraxx. Not many sources but if you search of DJs such as DJ Jayhood, DJ Sliink, DJ Tim Dolla, you'll find free tracks. Also, a friend of mine is an up and coming club produce and imo, his tracks are better than a lot of known guys. Here's his folder for 50$ of UNTAGGED tracks not just from him, but from other club DJs. Usually free downloads have drops in them, but the tracks in this folder don't.
