Couple of questions about Behringer Xenyx 802

Hey all,

I purchased a Behringer Xenyx 802 mixer and just had a couple of questions.

If I wanted to connect a booth monitor to it, would I plug it into the FX Send? There doesn't seem to be an Aux send.

Finally, when I press the button to turn the Phantom power off, the +48 V LED stays lit for quite some time. Is this normal behavior?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you can just use the Efx send and also that is normal for the phantom power to dim slowly when turned off.

FX send is simply a different term for AUX send. The reason the LED stays lit when you turn off the phantom switch is because it is being used to dissipate the line voltage in the circuit.

That is just the cutest little mixer. What are you using it for - a recording studio? It seems pretty dinky of a mixer if a place has a sound booth. Is it just for headphone mixes or something?
