Denon DNX120 question.

So I have a basic DNX120 mixer, and I would like some effects to play with.

Is there anyway I can hook something to this mixer that will give me more effects, or would upgrading be the way to go?

I would probably just upgrade if I were you. Why bother buying additional equipment which will just be more cumbersome in the end rather than have an all-in-one unit?

How much are you looking to spend?
