Seconded. No lighting of decent quality will be that cheap. Not even Chinese junk!

You can probably go old school par 56's (used, but you would only get a couple for that price) or something along those lines. You will not find quality LED's for anything close to that. Personally, I would wait and save up more money until you can get LED pars. Those are the way to go. But will be about 10x your budget for each.

You won't find anything decent until the $100 mark, and that is per light.
