What is djforums?

djforums is the largest worldwide dj community. While a majority of its members are mix djs, all djs are welcome. The community consists of multiple types, being club djs, mix tape djs, mobile djs, bedroom djs, djs just starting out, or even people who just want more information on djing, equipment, or music.

We are working hard on the redevelopment and reorganization the site. This work includes gathering more information to provide you, the dj, with dj-related news, and compiling the most up to date music and equipment reviews. We also are looking for sponsors to help us expand the site to make it as useful of a resource as possible for our members.

The begining - The birth of djforums

djforums was started in 2001 by six djs on a car enthusiast site with a goal to become a leading online dj resource. By 2002 the site was launched, containing news articles, tutorials, event listings, reviews of music and dj equipment. As a perfect complement to all this content, the site included a dj-related forum community. The forums provide a great place to discuss dj techniques, equipment and music with other members.
